Testimonial
Craig was waiting at the estate agent to collect the keys and get to work
as we completed. From that day, until the end of the project, he had people
on site and working to our very tight schedule so that we could move in
when we needed to.
I was immediately impressed by his creative yet practical approach to the
project, constantly aware of my vision, but also my budget.
From major plumbing, rewiring and construction work to the finer details of
decorating, purchasing and putting together of Kitchen units, the
staircase, flooring, cupboards etc, Craig offered expertise and a workforce
that could deliver on our total refurbishment and restoration needs.
Rear elevation before we started
Rear elevation during
Rear elevation with structural work finished, patio and painting still be done at this point

Rear elevation completely finished as shown on Mulberry cottages website
Front room before we started
Front room after a rewire, new flooring, plastering and decorating, wall knocked through.
This is the downstairs before we made it open planned
Yes it has to get worse before it gets better!!
Solid oak flooring, spiral staircase, all downstairs walls removed, extension on the rear, howdens kitchen, plastering and decorating,wc moved to upstairs.
Like a typical terraced house the bathroom was downstairs at the rear of the property
It was quite a major job to move the bathroom upstairs as we had to dig up the drainage and re-route
This is one of the bedrooms upstairs mid way through converting it into the new bathroom
Finished... Client decided that the basin in the midway photo was too small so we changed it for a larger basin with a vanity unit
This is the room where the old bathroom was situated, we knocked out all the walls and extended to leave a very nice sized dining area with solid oak french doors and a huge velux window
